Wood Fired Maple Syrup

In 2019, we bought a new wood-fired evaporator that has allowed us to produce syrup at a very efficient rate. We burn slab wood from our sawmill and firewood from our processor to keep our syrup boiling.

High Efficiency Wood Evaporator

Our goal is to make an energy-efficient Maine agricultural product utilizing Maine firewood and eliminating the use of petroleum.
